RealAudio Instructions for New Listeners

The Islamic Center of Southern California is making a selection of Jumm'a Khutbas (Friday Sermons) available over the internet in real-time audio. That means that there is no need to download large files to your computer, all you do is click the button and listen.

Step One:  In order to tune in though, you will need to obtain the free RealAudio player software which you can download now by clicking here

Step Two: Install RealAudio once its finished downloading by running the file!!

Step Three: Navigate to the desired khutba, lecture, or story and click on it. You may be prompted to pick an application for the .ram or .ra file type. If so, find and pick either the raplayer.exe, rvplayer.exe, or realplay.exe program on your hard drive (On MS Windows machines usually its in the "c:\Program Files\Real\Player" folder)
Step Four: After listening, let us know what you think! E-mail your thoughts and give us your feedback

VRML Instructions for New Visitors

To visit CyberMosque, you will need a Virtual Reality Modeling Language 2.0 (VRML 2) plug-in for your browser. Any VRML2 plugin will work. I highly recommend the Netscape Live3D 2.0 plugin which comes with the Netscape browser!!! Its by far the best player I've seen.

Also, you should have a RealNetwork's Real player. Note: RealNetworks has two players, one costs $29.95 (the Player Plus), the other is free (the Player). Player Plus has some nice features, but either one will work.
