AIR FLIGHTS
Participants should book their flights into and out of Madrid (Barajas airport).
If enough participants are interested in joining a group flight from the U.S.,
IslamiCity may make the necessary arrangements. However, most participants
usually prefer making their own arrangements, because they may find lower
airfares through discount brokers, and because they like the flexibility of
extending their travels in Spain or elsewhere. IslamiCity can also help arrange
individual itineraries for participants if no group flight is arranged. |

GROUND
TRANSPORTATION
In Spain we will travel from city to city by luxury tour bus, according to the
itinerary. The cost for this is included in the package. Within a given city,
participants can easily walk to most sites of interest. If participants wish to
take a taxi within a city for non-group activities and excursions, they may do
so at their own expense, during free time hours. |

A Note about luggage:
We will be moving continuously and checking in and out of hotels with our
luggage. In certain cities, our tour bus may not be able to deliver us directly
to the front of our hotel, due to narrow streets and zoning restrictions. In
such cases, we may or may not have concierge assistance with luggage, and each
of us may have to pull our own luggage from the bus to the hotel (up to 2 small
city blocks). Therefore, it is highly
recommended that participants pack lightly and utilize only one piece of
luggage of moderate size. Also, leave room in your luggage for
purchases along the way, so you can avoid having to carry too many bags. |
