• A non-refundable $200 deposit payable to IslamiCity and mailed out at P.O Box 4598, Culver City, CA 90231, USA.
• All balance fees payable prior to Umra.
• Any cancelations will be charged a 10% fee. No refunds after Umra travel scheduled date.
• All payments are required by personal, company check, wired transfer.
• If you prefer to pay by credit card or debit card, please call 310-642-0006, ext.104 for arrangements. Surcharge will apply.
• All travel documents due:  
  - Passport and Visa 
  - Notarized proof one is a Muslim must be obtained from a recognized Islamic center (including IslamiCity.com) in order to travel to Saudi Arabia
  - Women under 45:  must travel with a mahram (male relative) (no exceptions). 
  - Woman over 45:  must travel with a group and  must have a notarized letter from a mahram.
  - Meningitis vaccination.
