Type Arabic words with Latin characters. This tool searches the Arabic Holy Qur'an, not the translations of it.

If you still want to search the translations of the Holy Quran, you can still do so. But that's no longer the "Phonetical Search".
Phonetic search of the Holy Qur'an is unique and a brand new technique.

If you would like to add this utility to your site, just copy and paste this line into your web page. This will allow you the same functionality right from your own web page.

It is better to submit phrases than individual words. ( For example "RasoolAllah" will deliver better than just "Rasool").

When there are too many results, our system does not show them all. But do not just quit. Try adding more words or change original phrase that failed and search again. ( Sometimes deleting the last word or letter may just do the trick. )

Remember this is not a "Topical Search". Thus, entering topical words or concepts such as zakah, hajj or Ayatal kursi ( will NOT match the corresponding Ayaat.

Typing too short is absolutely the most critical mistake. The tool cannot help much if you do not provide enough data.

Type "inna atayna kal kawsar" instead of just "Inna " or just "kawsar."  The former will give you more specific & accurate results than the latter.

Do not search for Surah names. Searching for "Surah Baqara" for example does not yield any results.
Instead,  just search for the beginning of it by typing "Alif laam meem".

Use only English character set. That is A - Z . ( Turkish character set is also supported. )

Still not finding ? Re-examine your phrase. The phrase you are looking for might be a Hadith or perhaps you could have some missing words in it.  If you are absolutely sure about the phrase you are searching that it is definitely in the Holy Qur'an, then sent it to us at so we can find it and email it back to you.

Some ideas ...

And in closing, we would like to give you some study ideas...

Ever wondered, how many times the Prophet addressed directly by Allah ( swt ) ?

Then just type "YA EYYUHENNEBIY" and click the FIND button, you will get them all.

Or just wondering what Allah loves and and what He does not love ? Then your phrase should be "Allaha yuhibbu" and "Allahu la yuhibbu".

Using these techniques, one can do interesting researches throughout the Qur'an without relying on the translations which can never be as accurate as the Holy Qur'an itself.
