21:87

And remember Zun-nun, when he departed in wrath: He imagined that We had no power over him! But he cried through the deptHs of darkness, "There is no god but thou: glory to thee: I was indeed wrong!"

Wa zaa an nuun 'iz zahaba mughaad.ib(an) fa z.anna 'an lan naqdir alayhi fa naadaa fe az. Z.ulumaat 'an laa 'ilaah 'illaa 'anta subh.aanaka 'inniy kuntu min az. Z.aalimiin

He prayed: "O my Lord! I have indeed wronged my soul! Do Thou then forgive me!" So ((Allah)) forgave him: for He is the Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Qaala rabbi 'inniy z.alamtu nafse fa ighfir liy fa ghafara lahu 'innahu huwa al ghafur ar rah.iim

(Namely), those who say: "Our Lord! we have indeed believed: forgive us, then, our sins, and save us from the agony of the Fire;"-
