• Summary:

  The Greater Orlando area has one of the larger Muslim Communities in America, including many school-age children and teenagers. Muslim Academy of Central Florida is a full time non-profit, educational organization founded in August 1991. This is the only Muslim Preparatory institution dedicated to integrate the universal values of Islam in a regular school curriculum. The school caters the Greater Orlando region which has seen a rapid Muslim population increase within the last five years.
  
  Besides the regular subjects, Arabic language, Quran and Islamic studies are part of the curriculum and are taught daily in all grades. Alhamdulillah, Quran memorization (Hifz) is added as an extended program.

• Location:

  Muslim Academy of Central Florida is on the grounds of the Islamic Society of Central Florida. Goldenrod Road, Orlando. It caters the greater Orlando region which has seen rapid Muslim population increase within the last five years.

• Grades:

  KG thru 8th Grade and hope Insha Allah we will be able to add 10th grade soon.

• Education Environment:

  * Small classes allow individualized instruction.
  * Daily congregational afternoon prayer held.
  * Positive environment for learning.
  * No peer pressure.
  

• Entrance Age For School:

  * A child must be 4 for KG I and 5 years old for KG II on or before Sept. 1, to go to kindergarten.
  * A child must be 6 years old on or before Sept. 1 and must have attended kindergarten to enter first grade.
