| ISCF offers a variety of services for the MuslimCommunity. The following are brief explanations of current services andrequirements:

Marriage services are provided through the ISCFoffice by appointment only. Both Islamic and U.S. legal marriage servicesare available.
Requirements of Islamic marriage:
- Presence of the groom and bride.
- Presence of guardian (Wali) if the bride was not married before.
- The groom must be Muslim, and the bride must be Muslim or from Ahl-ul Kitab.
- A marital gift (Mahr) to be given by the groom to the bride has to be agreed on prior to the ceremony.
- Two Muslim witnesses.
- Donation of $100 made payable to ISCF.
- The couple to be married must obtain a marriage license from the Marriage License office
- The marriage license then must be brought to the office of ISCF to be completed by the Imam.

Marriage matching is a service aimed at assistingsingle Muslims in finding a spouse through a confidential and Islamic way.Applications are available at the ISCF office.

Islamic family advising and counseling is offeredby the Imam and a group of professional Muslims to implement Islamic mannersof solving marital, adolescent and other family issues. Each session isscheduled by appointment through the ISCF office secretary.
It is important to understand that the sessionsonly provide Islamic counseling, and not to obtain judgments or enforcerules.

The Prophet (S.A.W) said ìthat of all thelawful acts, divorce is one of the most hated in the sight of Allah (S.W.T).îHowever, when there is no other conceivable method of reconciliation, divorceis an allowable alternative in Islam. Islam commands marital partners toconsort with each other in kindness and to part with kindness; to do everything in there powers to maximize the probability of marital success. Thereforecounseling is highly encouraged and ISCF can arrange for a meeting witha Muslim counselor.

In the State of Florida, ISCF cannot issue a legalbinding divorce. However , it does issue a certificate confirming that thelegal Florida Divorce papers have been witnessed by an Imam and an Islamicdivorce has been performed. Therefore, the couple involved must first filefor court divorce and obtain the papers clearly stating a final divorcejudgment before requesting Islamic divorce papers from ISCF.

ISCF advises the family of the deceased to informthe ISCF office of the death of their loved one as soon as possible to makethe proper arrangements for Islamic burial. A group of brothers or sisterscan assist the family in preparing the body. The Imam will arrange for aJanazah prayer. The ISCF charges a set price to pay for the space at theMuslim Cemetery. ISCF organizes a Color complete program for visitingmen and women in the prisons and giving them Da'wah. The program requiresthe distribution of large quantities of Islamic literature. Therefore, contributionsand volunteers are welcome. This program is very successful indeed, Alhamdulillah

ISCF hosts many types of social and sports activitiesyear round including picnics, dinners, soccer, volleyball, basketball, etc.The ISCF has sports teams and we invite you to be part of them.
