Assalamu alaikum,

Take it easy. Be relax. If sombody make you angry, try to put you on her/his shoes, might you understand why she/he behave like that, so hopefully you cool down. Also there is no issue will be solve by just angry, most the time angry mek the problem worse.

Remember this hadith :

One of the Companions of the Messenger of Allah (p.b.u.h.) asked Prophet Muhammad for advice. He asked that the advice be short so that he would be able to remember it. "Don't get angry," said the Prophet. The same Companion repeated his request for some brief advice; each time he received the same answer from the Prophet each time, "Don't get angry!" (Source; Bukhari, A'dab, 76)

Many bad things usualy starts with angry: fighting, killing, divorce even war (Iraq war, George Bush angry with Saddam Hussain) etc.

-------------
Salam/Peace,
Semar
The Prophet said: "Do not eat before you are hungry, and stop eating before you are full"
"1/3 of your stomach for food 1/3 for water, 1/3 for air"

Walecum As Salaam ur story and mine is same,I too loose my temper very quickly, especially when ur intention is clear and others R intentionally try to cause harm to U, I have found a way to tackle this problem,I hope it may work for you, read Qur'an then U will c Allah hates arrogant people, now whenever I get angry I remember the verses of Qur'an that forbids arrogance such as ch 4 v 173,ch 7 v 13,ch 7 v 36,ch 7 v 40,ch 7 v 146,in fact in ch 7 v 13 shows that arrogance was the virtue of iblis that was hated by Allah so remember arrogance only is the root of all bad virtues, however it is difficult but it is working with me because at that time I fear Allah and my anger subsides.Allahfiz.

In general, whenever you feel like that, take long breath and avoid what people are saying. If you seems anything going uncontrollable, leave that area and move out from that place.
Always thing in your mind that being angry is not your work, you are hare only for love and you want to attract everyone by your kindness.
you can also do some physical task, like count 1 to 10, and say God or Allah name in your mind. Be cool and start your day with reading holly books and some jokes..
