I would like to know if working with pork would be ok? I am concerned muslim. I work at a processing plant.

I used to have a gift shop here in Catholic country of south Texas. People would asked me on a daily basis why I don't have statues of saints or Jesus or mother of God, Mary? If I had, they would bu them. I lost a lot of sales because it that because the store just no too far from me sold them that.
It was a matter of principle, I believe Allah forbade the worship of statues, how can he love those who make or sell them, so others can worship them?
I ended up closing that business, but never I regret or thought to start selling them to save my business.
I personally suggest you to make effort to change your job, Allah will help you. It is the intention and effort that brings us closer to Allah and obeying Him rather to do nothing or just let it go.

I agree with honeto, that you make effort to find another job, however don't leave without having found another source of making a living.  Insha'Allah, something better will open for you.
