I might b too late.. But can u send me a pm with them? But u know this issue s like... Mmm.. I don't know how to say it but some scholars still go with it n a certain way.. Not like cutting of the whole thing. . Did u Read enough about it? It's like different ways! Did u c all? Plus those girls r victims of thier families. So u need to educate the parents n I wonder f some people still do this these days?

N yes I know some girls really suffer cos of this issue which is not ISLAMIC f it's not done the proper way. Maybe we should talk of it more in a pm or u can open the issue to be discussed on the general Islamic forum. I think hubby told me so much enough about it. I am certainly not advocating circumcision, and as Full of Hope said, when done incorrectly women suffer; and as you mentioned, it may even cause death. I am only addressing the assertion that female circumcision is un-Islamic, unless of course evidence to support such a claim is presented. By the way, I understand that when done properly the pleasure area is not removed and pleasure increases. Removal would indeed be mutilation, and thus improper. |

| FGM does not increase pleasure. it tampers with sensitive nerve ending to REMOVE pleasure and keep the girl chaste, prevent homosexuality and masturbation. it is a misogynist ritual which women themselves encourage . guess women are women's worst enemies. |

I'm sorry this is my last comment on this post in sha Allah. I deleted my last reply cos I felt so shy putting this on a forum not the sisters page. It seems like you do not differentiate between the Islamic proper way and the other way. Pleas read more about this issue before you talk of it. We can not blame Islam for other harmful things people do. The Islamic way is removing the skin that covers the female clitoris. Only the skin. This will never ever affect the pleasure. In contrary of that it keeps the area cleaner.
