well keeping oneself busy...in work or reading etc. generally helps...as u wont get time 2 think that something bad has happned 2 u...or even to remember ur beloved.. ofcourse reading the Quran..splly by meaning is a great way 2 soothe oneself and find peace... ------------- "Expect great things from God, Attempt great things for God."
