Favors Should Be Repaid with Kindness:

... Ibn Umar reported that the Phophet of God, upon him be peace, said, "if someone seeks refuge in the name of God, give him refuge. If someone asks in the name of God, give him something. If someone does you a favor, repay him. If you cannot find anything with which to repay him then pray for him so that he knows that you appreciate what he has done for you."

Before you over eat remember this Hadith!

The Prophet said, "A believer eats in one gut, while one who denies the truth or a hypocrite eats in seven guts.

And now health science tells us that one should have a number of 'small' meals in a day - rather than fill our stomachs in one sitting. Alhamdulilah :)

Patients -

Narrated Abu Huraira (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "The example of a
believer is that of a fresh tender plant; from whatever direction the wind
comes, it bends, but when the wind becomes quiet, it becomes straight
again. Similarly, a believer is afflicted with calamities (but he remains
patient till Allah removes his difficulties). And an impious wicked person
is like a pine tree which keeps hard and straight till Allah cuts (breaks)
it down when He wishes."
