I am Trainee Clinical Psychologist and am currently conducting a piece of online research with the University of Exeter in co-ordination with the Institute of Arab and Islamic Studies which aims to learn more about how living in different environments affects the well-being of Muslims. By learning more about the impact of living in different communities on well-being, it is hoped that services within the National Health Service that are more culturally appropriate and acceptable to members of the Muslim community can be established in the future.
