Sister walaikumu salam. Don't be decieved by his fake lies. Both Aqeedah are not same at least interm of Allah's atrribute. Besides, there are many lies he said that need to be exposed and corrected. 

Of course, everyone lies but your deviant sect, a sect that has been notorious for embarking on "creative translations". 
The author of your piece did not even explain what he meant by "loftiness", which amounts to God exisiting in space and time with a position propelling Himself. This is the irrational absuridty that your views leads to.

First, Sh. Othaiymen, didn't said such stuff. What he said was what Ahlu sunnah said all along. As usual, he distorted like his Kabbani did the words of shiekh to fit his sick agenda
Sheikh Othaiymen said,

"We believe that He ‘created the Heavens and the earth in Six days than He made Istawaa upon the Throne, He manages everything.' His Istawaa means that He is in Person above the Throne in a way that befits His Majesty and Greatness. Nobody Knows how He made Istawaa," 

Now compare to what this dahlani said about Othaiymen. The shiekh never said he is sitting on Kursi or Chair. he said He is above in person (Dat) above the throne as you see above.

As far as "trustworthiness" is concerned, your deviant sect has been caught with their hands in the proverbial cookie jar tampering with texts. In a scenerio of, "he said/she said", you have no credibility.
Your kinder translation does no better for the anthropomorphist views that you are trying to conceal while you attempt to sell your delusion to millions of Muslims. The above translation still puts God in person above His throne, in person meaning that He has a position in space. 
No, you have no room to point your fingers and accuse others of tampering with texts, your sect has matered that art!
