Narrated By Abu Huraira: My friend (the Prophet) advised me to do three things and I shall not leave them till I die, these are: To fast three days every month, to offer the Duha prayer, and to offer Witr before sleeping.
Bukhari it's also narrated that prophet Muhammed recommended fasting the moon days of every (Hijri) month (13, 14, 15) Moon days of Rabi' el Thani will be beginning from Saturday May ALLAH help us in fasting jazakom ALLAH 7'airan  Edited by Jihad |
