If anyone has any advice or knowledge of how to contact a mufti in UAE, please do forward to me thru this post.

Will be most appreciated.

I have been searching on internet for advice on how to contact a mufti in UAE, but have not found anything.

Aleykum Selam ve Rahmetullahi ve Berakatuh,

Please make a contact to the nearest mosques inside of your home,i believe,insh'Allah; imam of the mosque knows where to go,imams in the ME works under the administration of the muftiis...

there are many fatwa websites on internet
visit www.sunnipath.com for fatwas online with a searchable database for hanafi and shafii fiqh

Assalaamu alaikum.

Thanx everyone for ur help.

UAE=United Arab Emirates (the country where Dubai and AbuDhabi are located).

And as for the online fatwa sites, I know about those. But I have been referred a very particular question, and referred it to a local scholar with whom we are in frequent contact ( my husband contacts him personally whenever we have a problem to ask him about).

And he told us that the question should consult a qualified mufti in her land of residence, since sometimes some slight points about the resulting ruling will change or differ according to where they reside (i.e. under which mufties do the ruling sentencing).

Anyways, thanx again. Have contacted someone I know to contact some imams in Emirates to refer to me contact info on a mufti.

this is absolutely correct sister, it is a rule among scholars that they dont give a fatwah when geographical considerations are needed unless they personaly live or know the region well.
