   I ask all people who believe in human rights, regardless of the nationality, that if a community is battered incessantly by their tormenters, shouldn’t the ‘enlightened’ world of today wake up from its bogus catnap and show concern towards the pain and anguish of these guiltless people who’ve been facing the genocide for more than a decade now?

And yet the media which has always been apprehensive towards the turmoil in Iraq or in Afghanistan hasn’t done much to expose & publicize the harsh reality of the chechnyan genocide.  The media should act upon conscientiously and ought to realize that it is media alone which can make the public responsive & sensitive towards the Chechen dilemma….
