   alsalam 3alaykum:

Would some one please answer this question for me, a person I know is 

getting married, but he says that he is not going to have a (shee7') to 

complete the marriage, and that it is not important to have a (shee7') to 

do the wedding, he says that in islam getting married is ( SHART + 

KUBOOL+ ISHHAAR).

The wedding is in the usa by the way, so is having a (shee7') is important 

in getting married and without him god will not accept there marriage or 

having a (shee7') is only a tradition??

Please some one answer me I need to know? thank you

	Sorry shee7' is mufti or a imam or a religous person, the guy how does the islamic contract of marriage.
