   With much of the so-called al-Qaeda network damaged in the United States-led "war on terror", al-Qaeda's ideology is now the true US enemy as it allows the West to occupy and exploit resources of Muslim world. To address this, the US establishment feels that it needs to change the dynamics of Muslim societies, and crucial in this is Pakistani President General Pervez Musharraf.
