Bismillah irrahman irrahim assalamu alaikum my question why not keep urself clear of things which fall in the grey area? im sure u must hav heard hadith when sayyidina Muhammad (saw) said that its like leaving ur herd of sheep to graze near the land of a king (paraphrasing) now how would u make sure that they dont go in the forbidden land so best stay clear for ur own sake. another thing our deen is been called the middle road every thing in it is in normal middle status so dont pull it r stretch it cos some time u loose the grip n fall out of it wassalam |

Muslim Friend, You do not know me to assume that I do not put emphasis on Islam over all other aspects. I know that my experiences are real because of certain occurrences while I was in this enhanced state of consciousness. Search the forums and find my post, Meditation, Kundalini and Projection. I have much more information in there. It would also help if you knew that I made that post before I became a Muslim. I know that your intentions are kind and humble, but I do not appreciate others telling me what I should and should not do. With Peace, |

Arabian, Putting this bluntly, if you don't appreciate another person views or as you put it " telling you what to do"!!! Then all i can suggest is don't post it on a discussion forum!!!!!! |

Originally posted by Muslim Friend Why not concentrate on prayer, and if Allah wants you to see something or someone, you may see it in your dream, there are many prayers you can recite for those wishing to see the prophet, and if Allah wills and your prayer is true and from your heart, you may be lucky to see the prophet in your dream during your life time. In the above you are assuming that I don't put time into prayer or into Islam; this is a pet peeve of mine. You don't know me, or the type of person I am, don't suggest such things to me. Oh, and yes, this is a discussion forum and I was discussing the issue brought up by community; until you had to barge in and interrupt (why do you think your font was decreased in size?). Originally posted by Community The life of the world is but play and amusement. Make sure you play it right. Do a mending work because it is your deeds in this world that will bear fruits in the hereafter... This is similar to what Rami told me a while back.
Meditation and the such are limited to this world and do not follow us into the
hereafter; however it is an interesting way to discover more about what we see
in the Qur'an and the Hadiths. For example, Rami told me about the Jinns
that go to heaven and listen to the conversations of angels then report them to
soothsayers; this is very similar to what humans have experienced through
meditation and the entering of the Akashic Records. |

Arabian, My font was changed because i changed it!!!!!!!!! It's incredible what you can do with a computer whilst not in a state of higher consciousness!!!!!! Also, i was telling you what i think as i do not believe in all that!! what would have been more worthwhile is for you to explain to me where in the Quran or any Hadith it states anything about this form of meditation. If you could explain it or direct me to something other than your experiences, not only would i read it but it may change my opinion on the matter. I'm not trying to argue but rather i would debate about the matter. Apologies if your taking my replies negatively, but i have no experience in this area so i can only put forward my views as they are. |

Salaam,
We must all respect each other's view's on this subject, or in any other case for that matter. Truly I say, we should be thankful to God for these God-given talents. ![]() |
