   Salaam Alaikum. Out of curiousity, what foods or substances does Islam say people are not allowed to eat?

I know that alcohol is banned, as is pork. What are other foods that may not be eaten in any circumstance?

	In addition to pork, Muslims cannot eat blood, carrion and any carnivores, except for those which live in the ocean. In addition, we cannot eat anything that has been prepared in the name of other deities.
	Say: "Truly, my prayer and my service of sacrifice, my life and my death, are (all) for Allah, the Cherisher of the Worlds. (Surat al-Anaam: 162)
