Topic: Muslim community of San Antonio under threat

Muslim community across south Texas is thriving, new mosques are being built, schools and Sunday schools are busy catering to the growing population of Muslims.
Peaceful and prosperous Muslim community faces many challenged and threats.
A couple of days ago, a man threatened to kill worshipers at Three of the San Antonio mosques. Thank God he was caught before he could materialize his ill intents.
May God keep us all safe.
Too bad that national media did not even mention it.
For better awareness it will be better to have these kind of news be broadcast all over just like the other news.

Hasan, this man is a criminal like the Muslim men in Nigeria who succeed at killing Christian worshipers.

Both crimes deserve plenty of media attention. I reject the idea that media only report when people get killed.

Good point.
I was thinking that it was 'local news' rather than of national interest. National news will often only pick up these stories when they need 'fillers' for air time.

Would you want a copycat even to be spawned?
Sometimes media decisions are in the interest of wisdom and protection... and even if that was not the intent, should we not be grateful that it may be the result... wisdom and protection.
