   I inform you with sad heart the news of demise of sister Maryam Jamilah.
She reverted to Islam from Judaism and dedicated all his life to practicing
Islam and writing about it.

As soon as she converted to Islam, she was married to a Muslim who already had a wife. Coming from west, she accepted it and lived quietly except for
her writings. She lived in Lahore, rest of her life.

May Allah (SWT) raise her status in the Jannatul firdaus.

	Assalamu alaikum. I have recently read about her although I know of her name a long time. She reminds me of Safiyyah ibn Huyayy the wife of Muhammad Rasulullah. I thought the Children of Israel will never accept the Sunna of Muhammad Rasulullah. He acceptance proves the universal teaching of Muhammad. May Allah forgive her in this atmosphere of distorting the teaching of Muhammad Rasulullah. Friendship

	Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji'oon May Allah Subhanahu wa ta'alaa protect her from the torments of the grave and admit her to jannatul firdause. Ameen. May He give strength to all near and dear to bear the loss with patience. Ameen.
