Experiential,
I bet if you have paid attention to the verses you are talking about, you did not need to ask this question.

The verses are as follows:
5:60 (Y. Ali) Say: "Shall I point out to you something much worse than this, (as judged) by the treatment it received from Allah. those who incurred the curse of Allah and His wrath, those of whom some He transformed into apes and swine, those who worshipped evil;- these are (many times) worse in rank, and far more astray from the even path!"
And:
7:166 (Y. Ali) When in their insolence they transgressed (all) prohibitions, We said to them: "Be ye apes, despised and rejected."

If you notice, it is not addressed to non-Muslims as you tried to claim it did. It directly deals with those who received guidance from God but rejected it transgressed and worshiped evil. So as a punishment God turned them as such. And God will punish them and those like them in the hell fire.
Hasan

11 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.

13 The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep.

14 I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.

15 As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.

16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.

17 Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.

18 No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.

(the words of Jesus)

19 There was a division therefore again among the Jews for these sayings.

Let us seek Truth together
Blessed be God forever

“Do not go among the Gentiles or enter any town of the Samaritans. Go rather to the lost sheep of Israel. As you go, preach this message: 'The kingdom of heaven is near.’ Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out the demons. Freely you have received, freely give. Do not take along any gold or silver or copper in your belts; take no bag for the journey, or extra tunic, or sandals or a staff; for the worker is worth his keep." (Matthew 10:5)
