Is it HARAM or HALAL to take wife to the park when everyone goes home and lay on blanket and watch the stars at night and that is it?

It's halal to take your wife anywhere, anytime, there is somebody or nobody. That's not halal is to take somebody that not your wife.

Wow, sounds nice and you must live in a rural area to even be able to enjoy star gazing. How safe is it and does the park allow after hours visiting?

some would say that you should only lay in the bed if your wife is with you even if it may just be star gazing. some minds jump too far you know!
