New users are not allowed to post in certain sections, once your post count reaches 40 you no longer are considered a newbie and i believe you will have access. I dont have control over this so i dont know exactly to what extent restrictions have been placed but it is not finalised and modafications may take place.

It is still being worked out.

What i said above is not entirely correct, i thought that after 40 posts people will have acess automaticly but that "may" not be the case.

I think after 40 posts muslims will be given acess to those sections, but i dont know exactly how that process is going to take place. In either case those particular sections are only ment for Muslim descussions not interfaith etc, im speaking generaly here Angel not to you specificly.

I still dont know the in's and out's of this but as i said changes may be made.

On a general curious thinking:

A couple of points thou, how you going to know who's muslim - by name ?

And are we going to have two sets or multiply sets of the same things, one brought on by non muslims who want to question and learn and get into discussions and another by muslims in their own place, its not going to keep subjects in their rightful place but all over the forum, many I can see going into general when they are not meant to be there - so are moderators going to move them into their rightful place, and one or more people cannot go into areas that are not open for them ?

And if one or more people who what to highlight or question/query something from a closed forum coz they cannot post in the rightful place, then the only way its possible for one to do that is to copy and paste any or all sections into other forums, again leaving subjects that meant to stay in its proper place, all over the place?

Yes I know things are still being worked out but I see problems, and some muslims have expressed their concerns at at not having access and that it does seem that a few priviledge ones get access to the closed off areas.

Can anyone see this major problem ?
