Is civil divorce valid for muslims in western countries that do not have a sharia court? Everyone has been telling me different answers. What is the correct answer? Do we still need to go to the imam to dissolve the marriage once the civil court has divorced a muslim couple?
If you don't know the exact answer, coud you please give me your opinion anyway? Thank you. |
