In a public meeting in 1919 Zangwill made a remark about the Palestinian Arabs:
"many are semi-nomad, they have given nothing to Palestine and are not entitled to the rules of democracy." I can't help but say about observation it is on the money! Almost a century has passed since and Arabs themselves are proving him to be right  Whose fault is it?BTW it is kind a late to worry about what this humorist wrote!
