Assalam aleikum sisters in islam !!!!!!!!!!

am a married woman and a devoted muslim too, but before i got married i was a member in one of the sites on the internet and thats actually how i got to know my husband. my target on that site was to spread the word of Allah and i really enjoyed doing that with all my heart and soul coz it used to keep me busy and devoted more on reading the quran and hadith so that i can deliver new information world wide. But wen i got married he told me to stay away from it. it hurt me but since his my husband i had to accept. i signed out of that site and he stayed on it claiming its not good for women. how true is it in islam  for awoman not to spread the word of God online
