Aslam o Alikum

I want to know if one can marry Sister in Law's Daughter when her aunt is already in Nikah.

Assalamualiakum wa rahmatullah,
The answer to your question depends on weather ones wife is alive and in nikah。Like you have mentioned, if the wife is in nikah - one cannot marry the daughter of sister-in-law. She is unmarriageable, just like the sister-in-law herself - one is mahram to both mother and daughter due to his marriage to the sister/aunt
