Very True...
Another common occurrence in Pakistan, Elders "tick" the "I repeal my Khula Rights" box in the contract on behalf of bride, because it is considered a bad omen to have divorce related stuff at the onset of a Nikah... so later when things go bad - the women have to go through extra legal trouble because they cannot obtain Khula. |
