 I am quoting with the help of this source

  The Quran refers to every messenger as the first believer among his people.  This is quite logical since the messenger is the first to receive the message.  Muhammad is spoken of as the first Muslim/Believer among his people, since the revelation came to him before all others. 
When we read the story of Moses in Sura 7, we read how he refered to himself as the first of the believers. Obviously Moses did not mean that he is the first believer of all time, but what he meant is that he was the first to believe from among his own people:   
"When Moses came at our appointed time, and his Lord spoke with him, he said, "My Lord, let me look and see You." He said, "You cannot see Me. Look at that mountain; if it stays in its place, then you can see Me." Then, his Lord manifested Himself to the mountain, and this caused it to crumble. Moses fell unconscious. When he came to, he said, "Be You glorified.   I repent to You, and I am the first of the believers."  7:143
 So what about Biblical contradiction?

 I will quote only 1 contradiction and let us see what is his response?

 Read Mark 5(21-43) and Matthew 9(18-26) side by side to note their differene.

 In Mark Jarius says his daughter IS DYING (so, she is still alive). Only later do some men from Jairus' home inform him that his daughter has died.  But in Matthew Jairus says to Jesus (peace be upon him) that his daughter is ALREADY DEAD. The two are not the same.

 In Mark Jarius requests Jesus (peace be upon him) to HEAL his daughter. But in Matthew there is no mention of 'healing' since the daughter is ALREADY DEAD and, therefore, she only needs to be brought back to life so she can live.

 I am waiting for your reply.

This in comparison to the bible is a complete lie. 

2:131 Behold! his Lord said to him: "Bow (thy will to Me):" He said: "I bow (my will) to the Lord and Cherisher of the Universe."

2:132 And this was the legacy that Abraham left to his sons, and so did Jacob; "Oh my sons! Allah hath chosen the Faith for you; then die not except in the Faith of Islam."

2:133 Were ye witnesses when death appeared before Jacob? Behold, he said to his sons: "What will ye worship after me?" They said: "We shall worship Thy Allah and the Allah of thy fathers, of Abraham, Isma'il and Isaac,- the one (True) Allah: To Him we bow (in Islam)."
This just show you Allah of the muslims is not the God of the bible.

6:14 Say: "Shall I take for my protector any other than Allah, the Maker of the heavens and the earth? And He it is that feedeth but is not fed." Say: "Nay! but I am commanded to be the first of those who bow to Allah (in Islam), and be not thou of the company of those who join gods with Allah."
This is also a lie it is not the same as the bible.

7:143 When Moses came to the place appointed by Us, and his Lord addressed him, He said: "O my Lord! show (Thyself) to me, that I may look upon thee." Allah said: "By no means canst thou see Me (direct); But look upon the mount; if it abide in its place, then shalt thou see Me." When his Lord manifested His glory on the Mount, He made it as dust. And Moses fell down in a swoon. When he recovered his senses he said: "Glory be to Thee! to Thee I turn in repentance, and I am the first to believe."

But then who was the first muslim.

26:46 Then did the sorcerers fall down, prostrate in adoration,

26:47 Saying: "We believe in the Lord of the Worlds,

26:48 "The Lord of Moses and Aaron."

26:49 Said (Pharaoh): "Believe ye in Him before I give you permission? surely he is your leader, who has taught you sorcery! but soon shall ye know!

26:50 "Be sure I will cut off your hands and your feet on opposite sides, and I will cause you all to die on the cross!"

26:51 They said: "No matter! for us, we shall but return to our Lord!

Jesus did in fact brought back life again read on and in fact here she already died if can read the this you say is contradiction what is so crucial if someone is about to die is gonna die in anyway.

Mar 5:22 The person in charge of the Jewish meeting place was also there. His name was Jairus, and when he saw Jesus, he went over to him. He knelt at Jesus' feet 

Mar 5:23 and started begging him for help. He said, "My daughter is about to die! Please come and touch her, so she will get well and live." 

Mar 5:35 While Jesus was still speaking, some men came from Jairus' home and said, "Your daughter has died! Why bother the teacher anymore?" 

Mar 5:36 Jesus heard what they said, and he said to Jairus, "Don't worry. Just have faith!" 

Mar 5:37 Jesus did not let anyone go with him except Peter and the two brothers, James and John. 

Mar 5:38 They went home with Jairus and saw the people crying and making a lot of noise. 

Mar 5:39 Then Jesus went inside and said to them, "Why are you crying and carrying on like this? The child isn't dead. She is just asleep." 

Mar 5:40 But the people laughed at him. After Jesus had sent them all out of the house, he took the girl's father and mother and his three disciples and went to where she was. 

Mar 5:41 He took the twelve-year-old girl by the hand and said, "Talitha, koum!" which means, "Little girl, get up!" The girl got right up and started walking around. Everyone was greatly surprised. 

Mar 5:42 (SEE 5:41) 

Mar 5:43 But Jesus ordered them not to tell anyone what had happened. Then he said, "Give her something to eat."
