When I was born, my parents called Azan to my ear. Thats how it all started.

Am I lucky? Probably... Have born in a Muslim country, raised by Muslim parents and have a Muslim friendship...

Can I call myself as a Muslim?

Yeah I can. But am I for real?

This is one I do not know. I just hope.

Assalamu alaikum I was born in a Christian country, raised by Christian parents, and given a Christian name. Am I Christian? No. Not according to my beliefs. I think an individual's own beliefs are more defining than the country or culture we were raised in. I once thought of myself as Christian for the same reasons. Given my background, what else could I be? I've recently had to re-think this. Take care-- Hunter

Good point hunter. Nobody will be judged by his/her parents, his/her culture, his/her ethnic, his/her enviroment. But he/she will be judge by his/her decisions and his/her actions.
