I have made it clear to you that if you read the verses of that particular topic you will come to know that in the verse you have quoted they refers to the idolators

You do not know
because you have taken a random verse and quoted.

Read the Qur'an from the begining to the end, chapter by chapter, topic by topic and try to understand what it says to mankind.

Anyway I appreciate your frankness in admitting that you do not know.

Please read my post again to know the answers to the other questions asked by you.

Allah knows best.

Sure. Allah knows best.

But remember that He sent down the Qur'an for us and has made things clear. We must try to understand the Verses with reference to the context as explained by the Prophet Sallallahu alaihi wasallam and as understood by the Sahaba and not
as "what my books said or your books said".

Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala says:

"(This is) a Book (the Qur'aan) which We have sent down to you, full of blessings that they may ponder over it's verses, and that men of understanding may remember" [Soorah Saad (38): 29]

"With clear signs and Books (We sent the Messenger). And We have also sent down unto you (O Muhammad (sallallahu alaihe wa-sallam)) the reminder and the advice (the Qur'aan), that you may explain clearly to men what is sent down to them, and that they may give thought." [Soorah An-Nahl (16): 44]

Allah, the Most High revealed the Qur'aan as a Mercy and Blessing for people, so that they may understand, contemplate and act upon it. It's passages contain advice and guidance for those who believe in Allah and the Day of Judgment. Hence, a Believer's success in this life and the next largely depends on his understanding and application of the Qur'aan.

One who learns (understands) the Book of Allaah, implements its command and avoids its prohibition, and does not transgress its stated limits, the Qur'aan will then be a proof for him on the Day of Resurrection.

As stated by the Prophet of Allah (sallallahu alaihe wa-sallam): "The Qur'aan is a proof on your behalf or against you." [Sahih Muslim no. 432]

Yusuf (Joseph)
الر تِلْكَ آيَاتُ الْكِتَابِ الْمُبِينِ
 (12:1)
12:1 Alif. Lam. Ra. THESE ARE MESSAGES of a revelation clear in itself and clearly showing the truth:[2]
Note 2 (Quran Ref: 12:1 )
The participial adjective mubin may denote an attribute of the noun which it qualifies ("clear", "manifest", "obvious", etc.) as well as its function ("making clear" or "manifesting", i.e., the truth), either of which meanings is dictated by its context. In the consensus of authoritative opinion, both these meanings are comprised in the above instance; consequently, a compound phrase is necessary in order to render the term appropriately.(Quran Ref: 12:1 )

Az-Zukhruf (The Gold Adornments)
وَالْكِتَابِ الْمُبِينِ (43:2)
43:2 CONSIDER this divine writ, clear in itself and clearly showing the truth:
Ad-Dukhan (The Smoke) وَالْكِتَابِ الْمُبِينِ (44:2)
44:2 CONSIDER this divine writ, clear in itself and clearly showing the truth!
Aali Imran (3):7

  • It is He Who has sent down to you (Muhammad SAW) the Book (this Qur'ân).
  • In it are Verses that are entirely clear, they are the foundations of the Book [and those are the Verses of Al-Ahkâm (commandments, etc.), Al-Farâ'id (obligatory duties) and Al-Hudud (legal laws for the punishment of thieves, adulterers, etc.)]; and others not entirely clear.
  • So as for those in whose hearts there is a deviation (from the truth) they follow that which is not entirely clear thereof, seeking Al-Fitnah (polytheism and trials, etc.), and seeking for its hidden meanings, but none knows its hidden meanings save Allâh.
  • And those who are firmly grounded in knowledge say: "We believe in it; the whole of it (clear and unclear Verses) are from our Lord." And none receive admonition except men of understanding

Surah Mai'dah

Help you one another in Al-Birr and At-Taqwa, but do not help one another in sin and transgression. And have Taqwa of Allah. Verily, Allah is severe in punishment.

Suppose someone quotes a verse (one verse) do you think it will give the intended meaning?

Al-Ma'un (The Small Kindnesses)
فَوَيْلٌ لِّلْمُصَلِّينَ (107:4)

Fawaylun lilmusalleena

107:4 Woe, then, unto those praying ones

One has to mention the preceding/succeeding verse(s) in such a circumstance to make the message clear.

Al-Ma'un (The Small Kindnesses)
الَّذِينَ هُمْ عَن صَلَاتِهِمْ سَاهُونَ (107:5)

Allatheena hum AAan salatihim sahoona

107:5 whose hearts from their prayer are remote [Asad(107,3)Lit., "who are [knowingly] unmindful of their prayers"]

Yes, i agree abosait that few ayahs need commentary. Let us not share such ayaat. Suppose if such ayah is posted, let us start up an other thread of discussion in this same section. Infact such discussions shall help us increase our knowledge. Let us post just one of two ayaat here, which reflects us and the readers.

Assalamu alikum.

In the Name of Allah, the Most gracious, the Most merciful.

Allah says in Qur'an, chapter 45:27-28, "And to Allah belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth. And on the Day that the Hour will be established- on that Day the followers of falsehood will lose. And you will see each nation humbled to their knees: each nation will be called to its Record. This Day you shall be recompensed for what you used to do.

Friendship.
