Salam,

I've gotten sick of the marijuana question, but I always wondered if caffeine is khamr because even though its generally not even seen as something that can potentially be haram, it supposedly works on your body in a similar way to cocaine, just not to the same extent. 

Also, if you have become rather caffeine dependant over the years than please realise that people here are not the authority so please do not get overly defensive.
