How to participate: To
have the pictures of your kids online at (Islamicity
Cards), simply send us the pictures with their names
written on the back or on a post-it to P.O.Box
4598, Culver City, CA 90231.
Or email it to cutekids@islamicity.com
using the following specifications.

Picture
Submission Specifications:
Picture are acceptable if they
are not less than 450
pixels wide and 300 pixels in height. Pictures are also
acceptable if they are not more
than 500W & 325H. The resolution should
be a minimum of 72 dpi saved in photoshop RGB format.
Parents
name and an active email address must also be included with the
picture.
4.
Eligibility: Pictures of all children between infants and up to
3 years only.
5.
Rights: All pictures published online becomes the property of the
Sponsor. The participant has the right to request the original picture mailed
back. The participant needs to send with the picture(s) a self addressed stamped
envelope to receive the original pictures back.
6.
General Conditions: Participants grant to
Sponsor the
right to use their Email addresses. Acceptance to participate in Cute Kids Cards
Online constitutes permission for Sponsor to use participants pictures for advertising and promotional purposes unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and
hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors,
officers, employees and agents from any and all liability.
7.
Internet: Sponsor would not be held responsible if for any
reason pictures cannot be published due to infection by computer
virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or
any other causes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error,
omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission,
communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or
alteration of, pictures. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical
malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online
systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any
picture submission to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human
error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any
combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any
other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or
downloading any materials in this Cute Kids Cards Online. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A
PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE
OPERATION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD
SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER
REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
