4:90 Except those who join a group between whom and you there is a treaty (of peace), or those who approach you with hearts restraining them from fighting you as well as fighting their own people. If Allah had pleased, He could have given them power over you, and they would have fought you: Therefore if they withdraw from you but fight you not, and (instead) send you (Guarantees of) peace, then Allah Hath opened no way for you (to war against them). 4:90 Ancak sizinle aralarinda andlasma bulunan bir kavime siginanlar ya da hem sizinle, hem kendi kavimleriyle savasmak (istemeyip bun)dan gögüslerini sikinti basip size gelenler (dokunulmazdir.) Allah dileseydi, onlari üstünüze saldirtir, böylece sizinle çarpisirlardi. Eger sizden uzak durur (geri çekilir), sizinle savasmaz ve baris (sartlarin)i size birakirlarsa, artik Allah, sizin için onlarin aleyhinde bir yol kilmamistir.
French:
4:90 excepte ceux qui se joignent à un groupe avec lequel vous avez conclu une alliance, ou ceux qui viennent chez vous, le coeur serré d'avoir à vous combattre ou à combattre leur propre tribu. Si Allah avait voulu, Il leur aurait donné l'audace (et la force) contre vous, et ils vous auraient certainement combattu. (Par conséquent,) s'ils restent neutres à votre égard et ne vous combattent point, et qu'ils vous offrent la paix, alors, Allah ne vous donne pas de chemin contre eux.
German:
4:90 Außer denen, die Verbindung haben mit einem Volke, mit dem ihr ein Bündnis habt, und die zu euch kommen, weil ihre Herzen davor zurückschrecken, wider euch oder wider ihr eigenes Volk zu kämpfen. Und wenn Allah es wollte, Er hätte ihnen Macht über euch geben können, dann hätten sie sicherlich wider euch gekämpft. Darum, wenn sie sich von euch fernhalten und nicht wider euch kämpfen, sondern euch Frieden bieten: dann hat Allah euch keinen Weg gegen sie erlaubt.
Spanish:
4:90 a menos que sean aliados de gente con la que os una un pacto, o que vengan a vosotros con el ánimo oprimido por tener que combatir contra vosotros o contra su propia gente. Si Alá hubiera querido, les habría dado poder sobre vosotros y habrían combatido contra vosotros. Si se mantienen aparte, si no combaten contra vosotros y os ofrecen someterse, entonces no tendréis justificación ante Alá contra ellos.
