English (Yusuf Ali): (Recite)
39:23 Allah has revealed (from time to time) the most beautiful Message in the form of a Book, consistent with itself, (yet) repeating (its teaching in various aspects): the skins of those who fear their Lord tremble thereat; then their skins and their hearts do soften to the celebration of Allah's praises. Such is the guidance of Allah. He guides therewith whom He pleases, but such as Allah leaves to stray, can have none to guide. Turkish:
39:23 Allah, mütesabih (benzesmeli), ikiserli bir kitap olarak sözün en güzelini indirdi. Rablerine karsi içleri titreyerek-korkanlarin O'ndan derileri ürperir. Sonra onlarin derileri ve kalpleri Allah'in zikrine (karsi) yumusar-yatisir. Iste bu, Allah'in yol göstermesidir, onunla diledigini hidayete erdirir. Allah, kimi saptirirsa, artik onun için de bir yol gösterici yoktur.
French:
39:23 Allah a fait descendre le plus beau des récits, un Livre dont [certains versets] se ressemblent et se répètent. Les peaux de ceux qui redoutent leur Seigneur frissonnent (à l'entendre); puis leurs peaux et leurs coeurs s'apaisent au rappel d'Allah. Voilà le [Livre] guide d'Allah par lequel Il guide qui Il veut. Mais quiconque Allah égare n'a point de guide.
German:
39:23 Allah hat die schönste Botschaft, ein Buch, hinabgesandt, ein im Einklang (mit andern Schriften) stehendes, oft wiederholtes, vor dem denen, die ihren Herrn fürchten, die Haut erschauert, dann erweicht sich ihre Haut und ihr Herz zum Gedenken, Allahs. Das ist die Führung Allahs; Er leitet damit, wen Er will. Und wen Allah zum Irrenden erklärt, der soll keinen Führer haben.

39:23 Alá ha revelado el más bello relato, una Escritura cuyas aleyas armonizan y se reiteran. Al oírla, se estremecen quienes tienen miedo de su Señor; luego, se calman en cuerpo y en espíritu al recuerdo de Alá. Ésa es la dirección de Alá, por la que dirige a quien Él quiere. En cambio, aquél a quien Alá extravía no podrá encontrar quien le dirija.
