3:129 To Allah belongeth all that is in the heavens and on earth. He forgiveth whom He pleaseth and punisheth whom He pleaseth; but Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. Turkish:
3:129 Göklerde ve yerde olanlarin tümü Allah'indir. Kimi dilerse bagislar, kimi dilerse azablandirir. Allah bagislayandir, esirgeyendir.
French:
3:129 A Allah appartient tout ce qui est dans les cieux et sur la terre. Il pardonne ŕ qui Il veut, et Il châtie qui Il veut.... Et Allah est Pardonneur et Miséricordieux.
German:
3:129 Allahs ist, was in den Himmeln und was auf Erden ist. Er vergibt, wem Er will, und Er bestraft, wen Er will, und Allah ist allvergebend, barmherzig.

3:129 De Alá es lo que está en los cielos y en la tierra. Perdona a quien Él quiere y castiga a quien Él quiere. Alá es indulgente, misericordioso.
