28:58 And how many populations We destroyed, which exulted in their life (of ease and plenty)! now those habitations of theirs, after them, are deserted,- All but a (miserable) few! and We are their heirs! Turkish:
28:58 Biz, yasama biçimleriyle 'refah içinde simarip azmis' nice sehri yikima ugrattik. Iste meskenleri; çok az (bir zaman) disinda (onlarda) kendilerinden sonra oturulabilmis degildir. (Onlara) Varis olanlar biziz.
French:
28:58 Et combien avons-Nous fait périr des cités qui étaient ingrates (alors que leurs habitants vivaient dans l'abondance), et voilà qu'après eux leurs demeures ne sont que très peu habitées, et c'est Nous qui en fûmes l'héritier.

28:58 Und wie so manche Stadt haben Wir zerstört, die in ihrer Fülle des Unterhalts frohlockte! Und dort stehen ihre Wohnstätten, die nicht bewohnt worden sind nach ihnen. Und Wir, Wir wurden die Erben.

28:58 ¡Cuántas ciudades hemos hecho perecer, que se ufanaban de sus medios de subsistencia! Ahí tenéis sus viviendas, casi del todo deshabitadas después de ellos. Hemos sido Nosotros los Herederos.
