2:224 And make not Allah's (name) an excuse in your oaths against doing good, or acting rightly, or making peace between persons; for Allah is One Who heareth and knoweth all things. Turkish:
2:224 Bir de yeminlerinizi bahane ederek; iyilik yapmaniz, sakinmaniz ve insanlarin arasini düzeltmenize Allah'i engel kilmayin. Allah isitendir, bilendir.
French:
2:224 Et n'usez pas du nom d'Allah, dans vos serments, pour vous dispenser de faire le bien, d'ętre pieux et de réconcilier les gens. Et Allah est Audient et Omniscient.
German:
2:224 Und machet Allah nicht durch eure Schwüre zum Hindernis: daß ihr euch des Guttuns und Rechthandelns und des Friedenstiftens unter den Menschen enthaltet. Und Allah ist allhörend, allwissend.
