2:126 And remember Abraham said: "My Lord, make this a City of Peace, and feed its people with fruits,-such of them as believe in Allah and the Last Day." He said: "(Yea), and such as reject Faith,-for a while will I grant them their pleasure, but will soon drive them to the torment of Fire,- an evil destination (indeed)!" Turkish:
2:126 Hani Ibrahim: "Rabbim, bu sehri bir güvenlik yeri kil ve halkindan Allah'a ve ahiret gününe inananlari ürünlerle riziklandir" demisti de (Allah: "Sadece inananlari degil) inkar edeni de az bir süre yararlandirir, sonra onu atesin azabina ugratirim; ne kötü bir dönüstür o" demisti.
French:
2:126 Et quand Abraham supplia: "O mon Seigneur, fais de cette cité un lieu de sécurité, et fais attribution des fruits à ceux qui parmi ses habitants auront cru en Allah et au Jour dernier", le Seigneur dit: "Et quiconque n'y aura pas cru, alors Je lui concéderai une courte jouissance [ici-bas], puis Je le contraindrai au châtiment du Feu [dans l'au-delà]. Et quelle mauvaise destination"!
German:
2:126 Und (denket daran) als Abraham sprach: "Mein Herr, mache dies zu einer Stadt des Friedens und versorge mit Früchten die unter ihren Bewohnern, die an Allah und den Jüngsten Tag glauben", da sprach Er: "Und auch dem, der nicht glaubt, will Ich einstweilen Wohltaten erweisen; dann will Ich ihn in die Pein des Feuers treiben, und das ist eine üble Bestimmung."
Spanish:
2:126 Y cuando Abraham dijo: "¡Señor! Haz de ésta una ciudad segura y provee de frutos a su población, a aquéllos que crean en Alá y en el último Día". Dijo: "A quienes no crean, es dejaré que gocen por breve tiempo. Luego. les arrastraré al castigo del Fuego. ¡Qué mal fin...!"
