16:61 If Allah were to punish men for their wrong-doing, He would not leave, on the (earth), a single living creature: but He gives them respite for a stated Term: When their Term expires, they would not be able to delay (the punishment) for a single hour, just as they would not be able to anticipate it (for a single hour). Turkish:
16:61 Eger Allah, insanlari zulümleri nedeniyle sorguya çekecek olsaydi, onun üstünde (yeryüzünde) canlilardan hiç bir sey birakmazdi; ancak onlari adi konulmus bir süreye kadar ertelemektedir. Onlarin ecelleri gelince ne bir saat ertelenebilirler, ne de öne alinabilirler.

16:61 Si Allah s'en prenait aux gens pour leurs méfaits, Il ne laisserait sur cette terre aucun être vivant. Mais Il les renvoie jusqu'à un terme fixe. Puis, quand leur terme vient, ils ne peuvent ni le retarder d'une heure ni l'avancer.
German:
16:61 Und wenn Allah die Menschen für ihr Freveln bestrafen wollte, Er würde nicht ein einziges Lebewesen darauf (auf der Erde) lassen, doch Er gewährt ihnen Aufschub bis zu einer bestimmten Zeit; und wenn ihre Frist um ist, dann können sie auch nicht eine Stunde dahinter zurückbleiben, noch können sie (ihr) vorauseilen.
Spanish:
16:61 Si Alá tuviera en cuenta la impiedad humana, no dejaría ningún ser vivo sobre ella. Pero los retrasa por un plazo determinado y, cuando vence su plazo, no pueden retrasarlo ni adelantarlo una hora.
